The Chancellor at ADUN is the highest Principal Officer, taking precedence over all other members of the University. The Chancellor is a highly respected and prominent member of the society who has a supreme interest in promoting academic excellence.
He is the Chairman at Convocation ceremonies and other assemblies of the University held for the conferring of degrees, diplomas, certificates and other awards.
The Pro-Chancellor is a knowledgeable person of proven integrity, with considerable administrative and management exposure. The Pro-Chancellor is the Chairman of the Governing Council presiding over the meetings of Council.
The Vice-Chancellor is the Academic and Administrative Head, the Chief Executive of the University and his office serves as the nerve centre of activities in areas of protocol, external relations and coordination of various internal organs of ADUN. The Vice-Chancellor provides leadership and direction to the University through policy foundation, development and implementation to ensure accountability and responsibility for efficient and effective compliance with the University law, statutes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
The Registrar of ADUN is the Chief Administrative Officer responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administrative activities The Registrar has responsibility under University Statutes for the administrative delivery of the University. He organizes, directs and coordinates the activities of the administrative components of the University.
The Bursar at ADUN is the Chief Finance Officer responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the administration and control of the financial affairs of the proposed University. He receives, enters and lodges all fees, donations, grants etc. on behalf of the University; makes payments on all goods and services procured by the University; prepares financial statements to guide decision making.
The University Librarian is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the administration of the Library at ADUN and for any other matter relating to the Library.
